The YOUNG program has two main objectives, to educate and to mobilize! The mission of the Y.O.U.N.G. committee is too educate and mobilize members of the Union that are under the age of 40. Teach them about the Labor Movement, the Union and much more then put those new skills to work in their workplaces and in the communities around them! Young workers get ignored and overlooked because of their age, we are bringing them to the table and ensuring their ideas, experience and struggles are heard!
