I trust this message finds you well, and you've had a joyful Christmas surrounded by loved ones. As we reflect on the past year, it's evident that 2023 has been a year of significant achievements and milestones for all of us.
Our collective efforts have resulted in gaining mirrored Title 5 rights, achieving pay equity, and securing 193 official time positions nationwide. These accomplishments showcase our dedication and commitment to enhancing the working conditions for our members.
Council 100 is currently in the midst of negotiating our new contract with TSA, promising improvements beyond what we've experienced in previous agreements. The anticipation surrounding the details of the new contract adds an element of excitement, and we eagerly await its unveiling.

With a membership total of 853 as we enter the new year, our unity and strength continue to grow. Our Women's and Fair Practices, Y.O.U.N.G, and committees for retired members and veterans offer diverse opportunities for involvement.
